Browser Setup
Please change these setting in your browser.
From the horizontal toolbar at the top of your screen:
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options
Click on the Security tab
Click the Custom Level button
- Under ActiveX controls and plug-ins, change "Automatic prompting for ActiveX control" to Enable
- Under Downloads, change "Automatic prompting for file downloads" to Enable
Click OK
At the security prompt click Yes
Click OK to exit the window
